Prices are listed in euro and do not include taxes. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure checkout system. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We aim to process and ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method. In the event of a defect or issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return or exchange, in accordance with our Return Policy. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to update these conditions at any time without prior notice.
