Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:

Returns
- You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method such as DHL.
- If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@envebleu.com within 48 hours from the delivery date to arrange for a return. Once request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions to return the item in its original packaging, and after inspection, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund. Please note that defects or damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery are not covered.

Exchanges
- Only in France : We allow one free exchange per order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method such as DHL. Once the item received, we send you the desired item at our cost. Please contact us within 14 days from delivery to arrange an exchange.
- Once the item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again and is only eligible for a refund, with the return shipping costs handled by the customer.

Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
